Training and Workshops

DoWEA’s Ombuds and Resolution Services program provides custom designed conflict prevention and management training and workshops to meet the specific needs and interests of the DoWEA workforce. Workshops equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to productively communicate with each other and better manage conflict. By building team member capacity in preventive processes, they can transform adversarial approaches to conflict and negotiation into problem-solving collaborations.
