Employee and Dependent Medical Travel

Overview

DoDEA is committed to ensuring that employees and/or their dependents at a foreign permanent duty station (PDS) outside of the contiguous United States (OCONUS) are provided the necessary transportation to receive suitable care in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) for urgent or emergent medical needs that cannot be provided at the PDS.  Employees and/or dependents must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the JTR.
